Booking an Appointment
When booking an appointment online you will need to enter your credit card number to hold the appointment. If you are a new client I do require a 50% deposit. Rest
assured that your credit card details are encrypted on the booking site.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows enough time to fill out necessary paperwork, use the restroom and to change into your treatment attire, and ensures that your appointment starts on time.
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be responsible for the full amount of the service.
Cancellations & No Shows
Your appointment is very important to me and reserved especially for you. I do understand that at certain times appointment adjustments are necessary, therefore I respectfully request a 24 hour notice for cancellations.
As the services are reserved for you personally, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service.
No shows will be subject to a fee of the full amount of the service. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file. 10 minutes late is considered a no show.
My online booking system sends out two reminders. A confirmation 48 hours in advance and a reminder 24 hours in advance. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment days and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation/no show fee.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the treatment room. Thank you for making other arrangements for your children on appointment days.
